The site

The development promotes eco-friendly transportation by providing EV chargers in each resident car park, eliminating the need for communal bays and supporting the adoption of electric vehicles. Clever cooling strategies are also employed, featuring triple glazing for windows to reduce heating and cooling costs, alongside landscaping initiatives to mitigate the urban heat island effect, sustained by recycled greywater.
